With the knowledge and the experience with both logical recoveries and physical ones We can get your data out of almost any crashed drive with a fast time frame and reasonable prices for any recovery.

There are 2 types of failures:

1. Logical failure: this is the most common one and is much cheaper as well, logical means that your drive is physically working but you can not access your data in a normal fashion. In this case, with this type of failure it is possible to access the data with special software tools.

2. Physical failure: this type is the more complicated and there for the more expensive type of failure. The reason for this is because it requires more work done physically by opening up your drive and replacing parts in it (normally the head) in order to get it back to work and retrieve your data off of it.

Other types of recoveries:

Format recovery: sometimes we format a drive and then remember we had something really important there, in most cases it is possible to get it back, but not in all cases.
Deleted files recovery: ever deleted a file by mistake? Deleted a file you were sure you had no use for but now you did need it? Once again, in some cases there is a good chance the file or files can be recovered.

* VERY IMPORTANT: In any of these cases (format or deleted files) where the recovery is in need, make sure not to do anything – ANYTHING with your drive, do NOT install anything new, do NOT copy files, do NOT write new documents – DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR DRIVE.

How does it work?

1. First we perform an initial analysis which is FREE OF CHARGE*, so we can determine what the problem with the drive is, so we can determine what the best possible way to retrieve your data is.

2. At this time, we contact you, (the customer) explain the results and what is wrong with the drive. We also explain if the data can be recovered and if so how much it will cost you.

3. We will also provide you with a price quote and a time frame for the recovery.

4. Now you, (the customer) can decide if you wish to proceed with the recovery. Once you do agree we begin the process of retrieving your data.

5. After all of that is done, we will contact you and ask you to come in and verify the data.

6. Once you tell us that you are satisfied with the data retrieved, you (the customer) will be charged the specific fee which was agreed upon before starting the process.

NO RECOVERY – NO FEE POLICY

If we did not get your data – there is no charge for it what so ever.
